I began my journey at age five in my grandmother’s ranch kitchen in the 1950s. Now, I am surrounded by modern technology and time-saving electronics, and I still retain the value of slow-cooking when a dish requires it.
I demonstrate short-cuts and time-saving ways to create the old recipes while having a career, raising children if you have them, and being a busy modern adult in the 21st Century. I love to share the fun and rewards of cooking with my readers.
